The focus group guide should include general information about the focus group. Explain the composition of the group, the number of groups you plan to test, and the sample size. Be sure to identify your user group and what you wish to achieve.
The actual guide should include introduction, icebreaker, any surveys, worksheets, questions and activities planned to be performed during the focus froup.
